We’re reclaiming the magic of the physical mailbox through our monthly snail mail club, a thoughtfully curated collection of art and paper goods designed to inspire connection and creativity in a digital world.

Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 2-6 weeks for international delivery after shipment.

If you sign up before the 1st of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 1st, your first letter will arrive the following month.

When do you ship the letters?

All mail is sent from Los Angeles, CA the first week of each month with a standard stamp (no tracking).

If you sign up before the 1st of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 1st, your first letter will arrive the following month.
When will I receive my letter?

Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 2-6 weeks for international delivery after shipment.

Please note that because the letters are sent out using stamps, it is not possible to track your order. Please be patient as snail mail can get lost or be slow!
Do you ship internationally?

Our club is available to all addresses in the United States and internationally (except those on the U.S. sanctions or USPS restricted list).
Can I still get this month's edition?

As long as you join by the last day of the month (11:59 PST),your first shipment will be the current month's edition!

Example: If you subscribe on January 1, your first mailer will be the February edition, which ships out during the first week of February.
How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in the price of your mailer.
How can I track my mailer?

Mailers are sent with postage stamps, so tracking is not available.
How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the link in your subscription confirmation email or by logging into your account on thepomelocollective.com.

Can I gift a mail club subscription?

Of course! You can gift a subscription to our mail club by entering the recipient's name and address at checkout. We will send the mail to them each month!

We also offer 6 month and 12 month subscription gift packages here.
Can I order last month's mailer edition?

Yes, you can order last month's mailer edition by clicking here. Please note that previous mail club editions will be listed on the shop at a slightly higher price (to remain fair to the members subscribed to the club).
Help! I didn't get my letter.

If your mail doesn't arrive, please email us at orders@thepomelocollective.com with your full name and shipping address.

Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 6 weeks for international delivery. If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will resolve it!
